Refund policy
This policy applies to paid Workflowanalyser learning programmes confirmed by invoice or enrolment agreement. Website prices remain informational until enrolment is confirmed.
Eligibility
Self-paced Desk Review and Arrangement Studio seats may be refunded in full if you cancel in writing within 14 days of payment and have accessed fewer than two module lessons or one office-hour slot.
Timeframe
Refund requests must reach us within the 14-day window, or within 7 days after a live clinic cancellation initiated by Workflowanalyser without a suitable reschedule offer.
Full and partial refunds
Full refunds apply when eligibility criteria above are met. Partial refunds of 50% may apply if you withdraw after accessing two or more modules but before the halfway mark of Arrangement Studio, provided no Employer Advisory custom session has been delivered. After the halfway mark, fees are generally non-refundable.
Non-refundable items
Completed Employer Advisory custom sessions, third-party venue fees (if any), and downloadable materials explicitly marked as final deliverables are non-refundable once delivered.
Refund process
Email info@workflowanalyser.digital with your full name, enrolment reference, programme name, and reason for the request. We confirm receipt within two business days and outline the decision timeline.
Processing time and method
Approved refunds are processed within 14 business days using the original payment method where possible. Bank transfers may take additional time depending on your institution.
Cancellation by Workflowanalyser
If we cancel a cohort and cannot offer a reasonable alternative date, you may choose a full refund or transfer to a later cohort at no extra fee.
Exceptions
Statutory consumer withdrawal rights that apply to you under German or EU law remain unaffected. Where those rights are broader than this policy, the statutory right prevails.
